Harry Bright and Chuck Clark used to be inseparable friends and business associates until the arrival of Margaret, a much younger woman who captivated Chuck and led him to marry her. When Margaret is discovered dead from a gunshot wound, Harry is taken into custody as the prime suspect. However, as Perry investigates Margaret's history, he uncovers a web of complexities that complicates the case further.
