John and Roy are anxious about their upcoming recertification exams. Meanwhile, a widow of a fallen firefighter frequently reaches out to the station for help with small issues. A sports enthusiast watching TV suddenly feels short of breath. Things take a turn for the worse when the widow's daughter has a severe fall. Additionally, a tragic incident occurs on a film set, leading to fatal consequences.
