The paramedics voice their frustrations over a regulation that prevents them from crossing into each other’s areas, resulting in delays when responding to emergencies. At the hospital, an elderly woman receives care. While they’re in transit with a non-critical patient, the paramedics are diverted to a car crash. Meanwhile, a prisoner manages to escape from custody but finds himself stuck on a ledge.
