S4E15 Homicide - Who Killed Who?

A gruesome multiple homicide unfolds at a rooming house. Upon their arrival, Joe and Bill discover two bodies in the lobby beside a shattered television, while the property manager lies critically injured nearby. As he's whisked away to the hospital, the manager utters the cryptic phrase "oft one" to Joe. Intrigued, Joe and Bill begin their investigation, eager to unravel the mystery behind the manager's enigmatic words and find any clues that could lead them to the truth.
