A string of burglaries has struck the area, with a mysterious red cloth left at each location. Joe and Bill investigate yet another break-in at both a chemical firm and a safe manufacturing company. They decide to keep a close watch on the chemical company and are surprised when they catch an unlikely duo in the act of stealing.
