Charlie Feeney, a down-on-his-luck informant, reaches out to Joe, insisting he was cheated out of $9,000. The twist? The cash doesn’t actually belong to him. Feeney handed it over to a man posing as a private investigator, who said he was working for a prominent gambler from Las Vegas. Joe and Bill set off to find this fake detective and uncover the true owner of the money.
