Haunted by the ghost of Jeff Wainwright, Maggie confronts her deep-seated fear of guns and decides to buy one for her safety. When her daughter Vickie comes back home, she reveals the truth about her life, including two failed marriages and her deception about being a renowned ballet dancer. Despite the ballistics test indicating otherwise, Maggie remains unconvinced that a family member could have shot Chase. Meanwhile, Angela at Falcon Crest faces the threat of foreclosure. Kit manages to keep her troubled past hidden from Peter, despite several near-reveals.
