During a church auction hosted by Mr. Carlson, Herb acquires a painting that catches Bailey's eye. Eager to make a profit, he attempts to persuade either Mr. Carlson or Bailey to purchase it from him. However, everything changes when he discovers the painting could actually be quite valuable.
