A newcomer named Donny teams up with Bart to pull off some pranks at school. However, as things begin to unravel and the pranks go awry, Bart starts to question whether he can really rely on his new partner in mischief. At the same time, the Simpsons receive a luxurious loaner car following Marge's accident, and Homer quickly becomes enamored with it.
