Mrs. Slocombe is on the verge of resigning after finding risqué phrases on her underwear. However, the situation takes a twist when it becomes known that Old Mr. Grace intends to propose to someone from the staff. When he summons Mrs. Slocombe, everyone jumps to the conclusion that she is the lucky lady he has chosen.
