Episode Overview
The loyalty within the Capone "family" is put to the test when Frankie Rio's younger brother loses his temper and murders a rival gang member. The situation worsens when police interrupt a celebration for Frankie Rio's mother's sixtieth birthday, leaving Capone and his crew furious. They later receive an apology from the police, who explain that an anonymous tip led them to believe the gathering was a front for an arms deal. When the capos discover that Aldo Genna was the source of that tip, Johnnie, Frankie’s impulsive younger brother, tracks Aldo to a restaurant where he shoots him, unintentionally killing an innocent waiter and injuring Aldo's brother, Mike Genna. The only witness to Johnnie's face is Professor Milton Revis, a diner who hurriedly exits in fear.
