When a bully menaces two young heirs, demanding they sell their inherited hardware store, Bat steps in to assist. He instructs the young man on how to handle a firearm for self-defense, but things take a dark turn when the student accidentally shoots the bully in the back. The situation escalates as the frightened student then turns his aggression toward Bat, putting his mentor in a precarious position.
