Actress Nellie Jefferson's arrival on the wagon train quickly tests Hale and Hawks' patience with her constant requests for preferential treatment, while Wooster finds himself utterly enchanted by her. At the same time, a zealous man from her history is trailing her, ominously proclaiming that she is destined to meet her demise like the biblical figure Jezebel.
