In the first quarterfinals, the top six chefs from the initial heats must impress Michel and Gregg by creating a unique dish. With a stunning selection of ingredients, such as quail and venison loin, they need to deliver a memorable single course to wow the judges. From this group, only four chefs will advance to face three of the UK's toughest restaurant critics. With just one hour and fifteen minutes to prepare two extraordinary courses, the pressure is on to craft a menu that will shape their MasterChef destinies.
