Five out of the ten chefs return to compete against Monica and Gregg in a challenging skills test that will determine who gets eliminated. Only the top four chefs will earn the chance to impress the esteemed Michel Roux Jnr. For this test, Monica challenges them to create a dressed crab salad using both the white and brown meat from a whole crab, giving them just 15 minutes to crack the shell and retrieve the meat. At the conclusion, Monica and Gregg will decide who is leaving the competition. As the pressure escalates, the four chefs must elevate their efforts for the Michelin-starred icon Michel Roux Jnr. He demonstrates a classic dish, 'Selle de lapin farci aux pruneaux', a saddle of rabbit stuffed with prunes, before tasking the chefs with recreating it in just 60 minutes. Tension runs high as they strive for perfection. Next, they have one hour to prepare their own classic dish. With only three spots available, the stakes are incredibly high
