S1E6 The Trials

In this episode of "The Trials," NorBAC is evaluating a new treatment for children suffering from leukemia. Just as they prepare to announce the therapy's safety, tragedy strikes with the death of another child. In a bold move, David bypasses protocols and travels to Nunavut to collect a sample from a frozen body, suspecting it may contain the Spanish Flu virus. Meanwhile, Mick and Lilith embark on a whale-watching trip in Quebec, where Lilith starts to come to terms with Mick's deteriorating health.
