Meanwhile, Jill confides in David about her struggle with panic attacks and the medication she is taking. As David investigates, he uncovers a potential connection between the previous "Miranda Virus" outbreak and a covert U.S. bio-chemical laboratory. This revelation suggests that the creators of the "Miranda Virus" might have developed an even deadlier biological weapon.
