Pac and his friends become wary when they notice President Spheros acting oddly. Their concerns deepen when they discover that he has been possessed. In a surprising twist, Spheros brands Pac and his crew as Public Enemies and initiates a citywide hunt for them, turning the tables on their friendship and trust.
