To uncover the hidden whereabouts of the Repository, Betrayus takes control of his mother's body. Meanwhile, Dr. Buttocks uses hypnosis on the President, causing him to regress to a five-year-old. This transformation leads to chaos as he drives his brother and mother crazy during an outrageous race against Pac and his friends, all vying to reach the Repository first.
