Noah Cappe makes his way to the Volusia County Fair in Florida, where he discovers revamped versions of two carnival favorites: the Cheesy Tater Corndog and the Black Forest Funnel Cake. After that, he travels to the Aurora Winter Festival in Vancouver, Canada, to explore some inventive fair cuisine, including the Phorrito, Jacked Up Fries, and Cannoli Nachos.
