Noah Cappe makes his way to the Big Fresno Fair in California to check out exciting new fair treats, featuring the Flamin' Hot Chimichanga and Rainbow Shrimp Fries. Next, he travels to the Elkhart County Fair in Indiana, where he tries a unique twist on the traditional hot dog and encounters one of the most bizarre deep-fried desserts imaginable.
