Rocko participates in a telethon aimed at helping individuals who have suffered from impalement. Things spiral out of control when Bill neglects to provide him with calming medication. Meanwhile, Buttons attempts to charm a lady attending the event, while Cuddles finds himself in a wild situation after unexpectedly meeting a stripper while delivering donations for the telethon.
