Gordon rushes to the location after The Toy Maker is contracted to eliminate a doctor in Gotham. Lee Thompkins starts efforts to revitalize the Narrows, teaming up with Nygma. At the same time, Alfred finds his new existence in the Narrows becoming increasingly complex. Ivy unveils her transformed self to Selina, hinting at some dark intentions ahead.
