Corrupt SMPD detective PERRY MARCUS is back, exploiting a group of teens to trap powerful drug traffickers. Among these runaways is JENNIE, the estranged sister of Jamie Strickland. In a moment of vulnerability, Jamie reveals that she took their abusive father's life to prevent him from harming Jennie further. Meanwhile, Internal Affairs investigator SUSAN JESSUP, who has a longstanding vendetta against Jamie and the Pacific Blue unit, closely monitors the unfolding events.
