T.C. Callaway ties the knot with Chris Kelly in Las Vegas and steps up as the leader of the bike patrol. He recruits two headstrong new officers, Russ Granger and Jamie Strickland, from the police academy, and enlists Bobby Cruz, a young Hispanic officer with a troubled past at the L.A.P.D., along with an ambitious and attractive climber named Monica Harper, to form his youthful team. Their inaugural assignment takes them undercover on a college campus, where they discover a chemistry professor secretly producing methamphetamine while his daughter becomes entangled with students and bikers involved in the drug trade.
