Title: Ghost of the Rose Street Gang Plot: While digging at a construction site, workers discover the remains of a 14-year-old boy, buried for approximately 25 years. The sole piece of evidence pointing to his identity is a cigarette lighter engraved with the initials JLY. When Sam Langan, a habitual troublemaker, reads about this in the newspaper, he realizes he not only knows the deceased boy but also sees a golden opportunity for personal gain.
