On January 10, 2000, Crossair Flight 498 tragically crashes just two minutes after departing from Zurich, Switzerland, en route to Dresden, Germany, resulting in the death of all 10 passengers and crew members on board. The subsequent investigation revealed that the pilots experienced spatial disorientation, contributing to the catastrophic accident.
