On November 4, 2010, Qantas Flight 32, headed for Sydney, encounters a catastrophic engine failure shortly after departing from Singapore. The number two engine fails catastrophically, causing significant damage to the left wing. The skilled crew navigates through various complications and successfully executes an emergency landing back at Singapore, ensuring the safety of all 469 passengers and crew on board. An investigation later revealed that a defect in an oil pipe was responsible for the engine's failure.
