On September 7, 2011, a tragic accident occurs when a plane transporting the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl ice hockey team crashes shortly after departing from Yaroslavl, Russia. Out of the 45 people on board, only one survives. Subsequent investigations reveal that the flight crew lacked adequate training for the specific aircraft and made critical errors during takeoff, leading to the catastrophic incident.
