S2E25 Come Back, Shame

Shame returns, crafting a super-speed truck from pilfered vehicle parts, outpacing even the Batmobile. Bruce Wayne cleverly lures him into stealing his limousine, which he and Robin utilize to locate Shame's lair. However, during the confrontation, the villain gains the advantage, leaving Batman and Robin staked to the ground just as a herd of cattle charges toward them.
