Following a heist involving a cleverly modified clock, Batman and Robin conclude that the Clock King is operating in Gotham City. Infiltrating the Parkhurst Gallery under the guise of a pop art connoisseur, the villain unveils his latest creation, which astonishes onlookers. However, the sculpture reveals itself to be a clever ruse as the Clock King absconds with a priceless time-themed painting. The dynamic duo pursues a lead to the villain's lair, oblivious to the fact that a dangerous trap is set for them.
