Dr. Rodney McKay finds himself afflicted with Second Childhood, a form of Alzheimer's disease prevalent among the galaxy's older population. To cure him, the team must reach a shrine located on the planet Talus. However, the challenge lies in the fact that the shrine has been transformed into a Wraith stronghold, complicating their mission to save McKay.
