Raglin tracks Pinzolo's deceptive path into Chinatown, where a strike among garment workers is disrupting a crucial order for the Sternbergs. At the same time, Eli's niece Carole is solidifying her connection with Pinzolo. Raglin attempts to convince Maxine Tzu that the strike is counterproductive, leading to an unexpected romantic encounter between them.
