Frank's suspicions are confirmed when the court dismisses the case against Winston, labeling it as entrapment, which sets the investigation back to its initial stage. Vinnie encourages Bobby to infiltrate Radiance by reaching out to the acts and revealing how much Winston has been exploiting them. Meanwhile, Isaac suffers a severe heart attack and ultimately passes away, causing Winston to spiral into madness. Bobby acquires Dead Dog, and Amber manages to reclaim Shakala.
