In this episode, we encounter a woman whose privacy is shattered by a Ratter, a digital predator who infiltrates her through her laptop. We also explore a neighborhood divided over a plan to implement surveillance cameras to track residents’ movements. Additionally, we meet a sex offender who faces the harsh consequence of living under relentless scrutiny for violating the privacy of his victims.
