Under the glow of the full moon, Allison Rogers spotted the cat lying on its back, its head oddly tilted and all four paws pointed skyward. From her bedroom window, she instantly recognized the feline. It was Rip, and deep down, Allison understood that she had caused its demise once more. This marked the third time she had ended its life.
