MacLeod is hit by a fast-moving car and seemingly dies. After he awakens in the hospital, a disturbed doctor becomes fascinated with him, seeing him as a subject for his experiments on a groundbreaking treatment for trauma. After MacLeod manages to break free from the doctor’s clutches, the doctor kills a possible witness and sets MacLeod up to take the fall for the crime.
