Kuyler, an evil Immortal and the most notorious assassin throughout history, continues his deadly work in contemporary Paris, disguising himself as a mime. French Detective LeBrun has a hunch that Duncan MacLeod is linked to Kuyler, unaware that the Immortal once murdered a baron whom MacLeod had sworn to protect in the 18th century. When LeBrun is injured while trying to shield Tessa from Kuyler's henchmen, MacLeod confronts the relentless assassin, determined to put a stop to his long-standing campaign of violence for good.
