S4E18 The Road Home

The team is on the hunt for 18-year-old Brandon Parker, but they soon discover that 15-year-old Matt Jameson has assumed his identity to secure a job and care for his three younger siblings after their mother abandoned them. They trace Matt back to an old friend from a previous foster home, Casey Miller, realizing that he’s become overwhelmed while trying to keep his family together. Meanwhile, Sam grows increasingly wary of Martin’s actions and confronts him about his drug addiction. Seeking assistance, she turns to Danny, but he hesitates to get involved in Martin's struggles.
