Kuzak finds himself in a battle of wits when a pharmaceutical company hires a jury consulting firm for a product liability case. He seeks Sifuentes's assistance to demonstrate to the client the importance of settling the matter before it goes to trial. Meanwhile, Melman and Becker face a rift as Melman insists on a significant pay increase. Sifuentes motivates Perkins to return to the courtroom, representing a disabled man who might lack the intent to commit the alleged crime. Additionally, Markowitz confronts Kelsey about her finances while preparing her taxes, proposing a solution that could benefit both their finances and their relationship. Abby also steps back into the courtroom, defending Benny Stulwicz, who faces robbery charges.
