The NCIS team faces a dire situation as a teenage student takes his classmates hostage at a high school on a Quantico base, threatening to set off a bomb strapped to himself. Gibbs enters the classroom in an attempt to defuse the crisis, only to discover that another party might be manipulating the student from outside.
