The NCIS team delves into a mystery when they uncover the body of a sailor dressed in his formal whites, complete with a ceremonial sword, at the ocean's depths. As they probe further, they learn that the sailor had developed a serious addiction to an online role-playing game. The team must unravel the extent of his involvement in the virtual world and determine how far he might have gone to settle a score with a rival sailor.
