Dr. Harry Williams arrives at the ward as the latest patient, and he's anything but easy to handle due to his heart condition. During a tricky procedure on a patient she assumes doesn't understand English, Von makes some off-color remarks that leave the patient feeling uncomfortable. Meanwhile, Jarred forms a bond with a young person struggling with drug addiction.
