Candace inadvertently gets struck by Phineas and Ferb's molecular separator ray, resulting in her developing two distinct personalities: Romantic Candace and Busting Candace. The boys must devise a plan to reunite her into a single self. Meanwhile, Dr. Doofenshmirtz confronts his fear of high diving, but if he can't overcome it, he decides to use his "Look-away-inator" to zap everyone so no one has to see his embarrassing moment.
