The boys successfully craft a massive bubble that allows them and their friends to soar above Danville, all while Candace attempts to catch them in the act during a practice driving session with Mom for her learner's permit. At the same time, Dr. Doofenshmirtz seeks to boost his fame by performing country and western tunes, and Perry is on a mission to thwart him before the concert audience falls under the spell of his newest invention.
