Episode Overview
During a meal, Jimmy and Greg unexpectedly encounter Billy, who has recently lost his job at The District and been dumped by his girlfriend, now donning a pirate costume at a restaurant to celebrate birthdays. Unfortunately, he soon gets fired from that position as well. When Kim receives a pricey estimate for their bathroom renovation, Billy, with his past experience in the field, agrees that it is indeed excessive. Encouraged by Billy's offer to do the work for half the cost, Greg is easily convinced. Meanwhile, Kim introduces her pottery class friend, Rosanna, who quickly becomes interested in Billy. They go on a date, leading Billy to believe they’re headed for something serious—until Rosanna reveals she’s rekindling her relationship with an ex. Heartbroken, Billy struggles to work on the bathroom project. With the plumbing shut off and no water, Kim and Greg find themselves relying on Jimmy and Christine’s bathroom.
