Perry takes on the role of Mr. Brownlow for young Lenny Beale, who has found himself mixed up with a group of teenage car thieves. Lenny is eager to leave the gang behind, but when his boss, Bill Sikes, is found dead, the police suspect Lenny may have killed him in retaliation for Sikes shooting his girlfriend.
