S1E6 Pilot Error

In the midst of a test flight, Lt. Pendry experiences a catastrophic crash while piloting his Tomcat. Harm and Meg are assigned to investigate the incident, and their findings suggest that the crash resulted from pilot error rather than a malfunction in the aircraft. Despite Pendry’s reputation as a daredevil pilot, Harm believes he wouldn’t have pushed the limits based on their shared flying experiences. The investigation unfolds against the backdrop of Miramar Naval Air Station and the surrounding San Diego area, including offshore waters.
