However, the truth is far more troubling—she drove while intoxicated and crashed before passing out in the taxi. Meanwhile, Mel returns to 232 with unexpected news: she has adopted a baby. Although the swift change leaves her feeling uncertain, Sean discovers his natural rapport with the child and offers to return to Abu Dhabi to support Mel as she navigates motherhood.
