Nineteen-year-old fitness enthusiast Josh arrives at the hospital with severe injuries sustained from a canal barge mishap. Meanwhile, 21-year-old Liam is there for a painful finger he injured while partying the night before. Also, 80-year-old Jean, facing terminal cancer, has suffered a collapse in her home and is in need of urgent medical attention.
